fighter with a spotted but
deceiving record. Ruddy
Encarnacion is also the
WBF Boxer Of The Month for
December 2017.
The Spain-based Dominican, who
is 38-26-4 (18) and a former
Spanish national and European
Union titlist, won the WBF
Intercontinental Lightweight
title on the first day of the
month when he beat old foe Jean
Pierre Bauwens in Belgium.
The pair had fought to a
controversial draw in 2010, but
this time Encarnacion left no
doubt as he won a clear
unanimous decision.
