Nigerian power-puncher
Olanrewaju Durodola has
been operating at world level
for years, but only on October
26 in Lagos did he achieve his
long-time goal of becoming a
world champion.
That achievement makes him the
WBF Boxer Of The Month for
October 2018.
Nicknamed ”God´s Power”,
38-year-old Durodola stopped
Maroy Sadiki (15-1) from D. R.
Congo in the third round to win
the vacant World Boxing
Federation (WBF) World
Cruiserweight title.
Having captured various regional
belts and fought numerous Top 10
contenders since turning
professional in 2011 in the USA,
Durodola improved his record to
29-6 (27).
