Thembani Mbangatha has
some big shoes to fill.
But he is doing very well in his
efforts to do so, and
successfully defending his WBF
title with a unanimous decision
over rugged, experienced and
accomplished Doctor Ntsele on
February 22 in Cape Town makes
him the WBF Boxer of the Month
for February 2019.
Mbangatha, 10-0 (4), not only
showed grit and heart by
amazingly fighting through a
dislocated shoulder for the
second time (it also happened
when he won the title in
November of 2017), he also made
it clear what a gifted boxer he
is.
