Champion Nicole Wesner
from Germany is 41 years old.
Still she is on top of her game,
and continues to impress!
On July 6, in her adopted
home-town of Vienna in Austria,
she retained her world
championship for the fifth time,
defeating Bosnian Pasa Malagic
(24) by unanimous decision.
This accomplishment makes her
the WBF Boxer of the Month for
July 2019.
With a professional record of
16-0 (7), having won the title
in December of 2014, she is the
longest reigning current WBF
Champion, and shows no signs of
slowing down.
