Proving that age is just a
number, Ramona Kuehne won
the
World Boxing Federation (WBF)
Womens World Super Featherweight
title for the second time on
June 25, at 42 years old.
Kuehne, from Berlin, scored a
unanimous decision over Russian
Yuliia Kutsenko in Dessau,
Germany, making her the WBF
Boxer of the Month for June
2022.
She first held the title between
2010 and 2014, making six
successful defenses and never
losing it in the ring.
Beating Kutsenko to become a
two-time WBF World Champion
improved her impressive
professional record to 33-1
(13).
