The World Boxing Federation made
another step towards becoming
one of the most fan-friendly
governing boxing organizations
worldwide with the launch of a
Facebook page today. Fans,
fighters and officials around
the world will be able to post
messages, read about the latest
development and get an insight
into the world of the WBF.
WBF president Howard Goldberg
said:
“We have to go with time and the
internet is a great medium to
reach a big audience. Through
Facebook, we want to let the
fans know about our
organization, give them an
opportunity to follow us and get
the latest WBF news as soon as
they happen. If you are a boxing
fan, you shouldn’t miss our
