PREVIEW   Photo: Donelei Benedetto and Dustin Long set for rematch, this time with the World Boxing Federation (WBF) North America title on the line.

This past July, Donelei Benedetto, 3-0-1 (0), scored something of an upset when he won a close but unanimous decision, 77-75 x 3, over the more experienced Dustin Long.

Now Long, 6-4-2 (4) and the reigning Tennessee state champion, will get a chance to redeem himself, when they rematch on November 12 at Happy Valley High School in Elizabethon, Tennessee.

And the stakes have been raised, as this time the vacant World Boxing Federation (WBF) North America Cruiserweight title will be on the line.

Long acquired notoriety in 2019 when he knocked out Marsellos Wilder in Las Vegas, on the undecard of Wilder´s older brother Deontay´s WBC World Heavyweight title defense against Luis Ortiz.

Benedetto has not boxed on a big stage like that, but will be confident that he can win again.

Strikefest presents Benedetto vs. Long 2 for the WBF North America Cruiserweight title.
