Greek prospect Panagiotis Tsochataridis won the vacant World Boxing Federation (WBF) International Welterweight title on Tuesday, November 8, in Ub, Serbia.

21-year-old Tsochataridis scored a fifth round technical knockout over Marko Dmitrovic (23) from Bosnia & Herzegovina, winning his first title in the professionals.

The dominance from Tsochataridis forced a stoppage from the referee between round three and four.

Having turned pro in Mexico in January of 2021, and boxed his first six bouts there, Tsochataridis´ last five outings have taken place in Serbia.

Tsochataridis improved his record to 10-0-1 (6). Dmitrovic falls to 10-8 (5).
