All through history mankind had
the urge and drive to invade and
explore new territories. Next
Month the World Boxing
Federation follows in those
footsteps when two young ladies
will square off for the WBFed's first-ever
sanctioned world championship in
Korea.
The fight on
September 4 in Anyang, South
Korea
for the vacant women’s
world light flyweight title
between Korea's 24-year old
Ju Hee Kim (13
wins, 6 KO's and only 1 loss)
and Philippines 22-year old
Jujeath Nagawa may
not cause worldwide shockwaves
through the boxing fraternity,
but for Korea it's the beginning
of what the WBFed already have
achieved on other continents:
interest, esteem and an
established name.
Kim will also put on the line
the WIBA, WIBF and GBU belts
already in her possession. |
