Frenchman Siril Makiadi is the
World Boxing Federation (WBF)
Boxer of the Month for December
2022, after winning the vacant
World Cruiserweight title.
Makiadi, from Noisy Le Sec, went
to opponent Faisal Arrami´s
home-town, Toulon, and defeated
his fellow countryman by
unanimous decision.
At 42, success has come late for
Makiadi, but the impressive
victory and world champion
status proves that if you live
like a champion and believe in
yourself, major things can
happen.
The new WBF World Cruiserweight
champion took his record to
14-2-2 (6), and can hopefully
look forward to a big 2023.
