Two World Boxing Federation (WBF) championship fights will headline when Zantsi Showtime Boxing Promotions presents the Kumanzi Phantsi Boxing Tournament on April 16 at the Multi Purpose Centre in Gqeberha, South Africa.

In the main event, current WBF All-Africa titlist Sanele Magwaza, 5-2 (1), will take on Malawian Grey Chimkwapulo, 5-2 (3), for the vacant WBF Intercontinental Super Bantamweight title.

With almost identical records, this looks like a fifty-fifty fight almost guaranteed to entertain, but the local man has a clear advantage in title-fight experience.

Earlier on the card, Bathabile Ziqubu, 3-3 (0), faces Zimbabwe´s Revai Madondo, 6-2-1 (2), for the vacant WBF Womens All-Africa Super Flyweight crown.

Madondo is coming off six straight victories, and in this one the visiting boxer must be considered a considerable favourite.

The card is staged in conjunction with the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality.
