American super-star Claressa Shields is still the World Boxing Federation (WBF) world Heavyweight champion after successfully defending her title on Saturday, July 26, at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, USA.

Broadcast live world-wide on DAZN, Shields won a clear unanimous decision over Lani Daniels from New Zealand, a two-weight IBF world champion.

Shields (30), from Flint, Michigan, was just too good in every way, and while Daniels did her best she was always one step behind.

Also the WBF world champion at Middleweight, Shields took her impressive record to 17-0 (3). Daniels (37) travels back to Pipiwai, her home-town, at 11-3-2 (1).

The fight was the main event of s show promoted by Salita Promotions.
